2. Eligibility for a Refund

Duplicate purchase:

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Product already accessed or downloaded:
Once a digital product has been accessed or downloaded, it is no longer eligible for a refund, except in cases of a technical defect or wrong product delivery as described above.
Change of mind:
We are unable to offer refunds simply because you changed your mind or no longer wish to read or listen to a product you have already accessed.
Incompatibility claims after download:
We clearly state supported file formats and compatible devices on each product page. Refunds will not be issued for compatibility issues that were disclosed prior to purchase.
